As the world marks the completion of a historic quarter-century (2000–2025), the Innovative Artist Welfare Association (IAWA) is proud to unveil a landmark event celebrating the resilience, power, and triumph of womanhood: Great Women Achievers  of 2025.

A Vision Born from Resilience

The concept, meticulously curated by Dr. Daljeet Kaur (President, IAWA), goes beyond the glitz of typical ceremonies. “Success is often seen as a destination, but we want to honor the journey,” says Dr. Kaur. “These 25  unsung women have been chosen not just for their titles, but for their battles. From different cities and diverse professions, they represent the unstoppable spirit of the modern Indian woman.”25 Women. 25 Stories. One Legacy.  What unites them is their refusal to give up.

The Power Team

The event is presented by IAWA, an NGO known for its relentless work in social welfare and artist support. The execution and management are helmed by Amar Cine Production, ensuring a cinematic and grandiose experience that befits the stature of the awardees.

In a unique twist, the event will also feature an exclusive Podcast Series, where Dr. Daljeet Kaur will  interact  with each achiever to uncover the “untold truth” of their success—their struggles, sacrifices, and ultimate victories.

Meet the Great Women Achievers of 2025

1). Bibi Ranjeet Kaur (Delhi)

The Pillar of Community & Education.

A distinguished public figure and dedicated teacher, Bibi Ranjeet Kaur stands as a powerhouse of leadership. As a Senior Leader of the Shiromani Akali Dal, Chairman of the Ramgarhia Co-operative Bank, and Chairperson of the Guru Teg Bahadur Institute of Technology, she has dedicated her life to uplifting society through politics, banking, and education.

2).Armi Oliver Harper (USA/Philippines)

Title: The Global Real Estate Tycoon & Scholar .A true citizen of the world, Armi is a powerhouse in international business. Currently pursuing a Doctorate in International Business, she combines academic brilliance (Magna Cum Laude MBA, Cornell Certified) with massive commercial success. As a Top Producer Realtor in the U.S. and owner of luxury hospitality and agricultural ventures in the Philippines, she is a multi-million-dollar force bridging global markets.

3).Sunita Singh (Dehradun)

Title: The Visionary Bureaucrat & Scholar

An officer of the 1994 batch of the Indian Revenue Services (IRS), Sunita Singh serves with distinction as the Principal Commissioner of Income Tax, Dehradun. A Gold Medalist in History from Guwahati and holding an LLM in Taxation, she exemplifies the spirit of a lifelong learner as she currently pursues her PhD in Law from Uttarakhand University.

11)Charanya Gurusathya (Pune)

Born visually impaired, Mamta is the epitome of “I’m Possible.” A University Topper and the first visually impaired student in India to complete her T.Y.B.A. in Education with honors in the general category, she currently serves as a Deputy Manager at State Bank of India. She handles complex banking operations independently using assistive technology. Beyond banking, she is a gold medalist swimmer (25+ medals) and a classical singer, proving that true vision comes from the heart, not the eyes.

15).Dr. L. Alice Honghurila (Manipur)

Title: The Visionary Educationist & Mentor. A distinguished academic holding a Doctor of Science, Dr. Alice has dedicated over a decade to shaping minds as a college lecturer and Founder of Greenwood School, Senapati. 16).Anjula Narang ( Bareilly)

Title: The Dynamic Educator & Multifaceted Artist. Described as a “Woman of Substance” and a game-changer, Anjula is a dynamic teacher by profession known for her unwavering dedication and multitasking abilities. 19)Dr. Edupuganti Padmaja Rani( Hydrabad)
